God Loves You St John 3:16
Our local evangelism team is responsible for engaging the church in sharing the good news to the community through outreach activities, follow-up of new converts, visiting those in prisons and missions program
Neighbourhood Pastors aim to serve our community by offering both spiritual and practical support to our neighbours whenever and wherever the need is identified.
Evangelism and the church are inseparable God designed the church to display and proclaim the gospel naturally. A healthy church shows the gospel through worship, preaching, and community life without needing to reinvent itself.
“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.”
— John 15:16
These precious words were spoken by Jesus and can be claimed by all who believe in Him—including you and me.
For those who are born again, reflecting on these words brings a deep sense of humility and gratitude. It is truly awe-inspiring that the God of all creation would choose us for everlasting life. The very thought remains mind-blowing and, at times, difficult to fully comprehend.
We are reminded by our own weaknesses that it is not because of any good we have done. Rather, it is God—who sees and knows every heart—who has made a conscious decision to call us into His presence forever.
The blessing of His choice begins the moment we say yes to believing and accepting the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. His call to the world to flee from the coming judgment has never changed.
Jesus has chosen you for everlasting life. He invites you to turn from a life without Him to a life that bears righteous fruit—so that everything you need, and all that brings hope, joy, peace, and love, will be granted to you by God Himself.
God has already chosen you. What will be your response to His invitation?
With love,
Pastor Jennifer Lambert
Lord Jesus,
I acknowledge and believe that You died on the cross, were buried, and rose again to pay for my sins. Today, I come to You in sincere prayer, asking for Your forgiveness for every wrong thought, word, and action.
I invite You to take control of my life. Cleanse my heart, renew my spirit, and help me become the person You created me to be.
Thank You for Your love, Your sacrifice, and the gift of salvation.
In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.
Congratulations on your decision to place your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation (John 3:16; Romans 10:9-10). The Christian life is a journey, but you can always be confident that God loves you and is with you each step of the way (Matthew 28:20). If you would like to talk to someone about the decision you just made, or if you have questions about receiving Jesus Christ as Savior.
